A New Outbreak Disease Call Legionnaires K!lled One &Many Sick In New York City

Another New Yorker has d!ed from the new disease called  Legionnaire and a further 13 people are infected as the city grapples to contain the illness.

The Bronx-based victim was confirmed dead on Wednesday as the number of people hospitalized jumped up from 11 to 13 in just 24 hours.

City officials are now rushing to disinfect 35 cooling towers, which tested positive for the infectious bacteria legionella, as they try to curb the life-threatening condition

The latest outbreak in the South Bronx, New York's poorest neighborhood, stemmed from one hotel cooling tower over the summer, which claimed 12 lives.

None of the victims have been identified. According to city officials, all but one was over the age of 40 with underlying health problems.

Legionnaires' - a form of pneumonia especially dangerous for the elderly and for people with underlying health issues - has become the city's most significant public health crisis since last fall's Ebola scare.

Last month, Mayor Bill de Blasio called for calm as he assured New Yorkers the situation is under control. 

'We are dealing with a new set of realities we have never experienced that we have never encountered before in this city,' de Blasio said.

From the Theatre Command, Operation Lafiya Dole indicates that Boko Haram terrorists have now resorted to poisoning water sources like wells and streams in areas they were dislodged by gallant troops or areas threatened by offensive operations. 

The latest being the poisoning of the cattle water ponds in Kangallam village along Marte and Abadam axis in Borno State where a large number of cattle died after drinking water from the ponds. 

Credible information available to the Theatre Command indicates that though no human life was lost as a result of the barbaric act of the terrorists, however, some cattle were killed after drinking water from some poisoned sources. 

The action of the terrorists is no doubt aimed at taking their own pound of flesh on the innocent citizens and livestock as a result of the unbearable offensive operations through the combined effort of the Nigerian Army and the Nigerian Air Force to route them out completely from their enclaves and hide-outs all over the North East.

A statement release in a recent interview by  Senate president Dr Bukola Saraki were he insisted that  he is being tried at the Code of Conduct Tribunal because he emerged senate president against the wishes of some powerful individuals. 

He said this while addressing members of the senate at their resumed session today September 29th. "Distinguished Senators, I believe you have all followed with keen interest, my trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal. 

I shall avoid discussing the details of that case here for obvious reasons. But let me say it again, that I am ready and will submit myself to the entire judicial process as provided by law.

Meanwhile, I wish to reiterate my remarks before the Tribunal, that I have no iota of doubt that I am on trial today because I am the president of the Nigerian Senate, against the wishes of some powerful individuals outside this Chambers. 

But what is clear to me also, is that the laws of Nigeria, and the rules of the National Assembly give consideration only to the wishes and desires of those of you who are here today as members of the Senate, to elect as you wish, one of your peers as President of the Senate. The laws of Nigeria do not give any consideration to any other forces outside the Senate in the election of its President. 

And to yield the ground on this note, is to be complicit in the subversion of democracy and its core principles of separation of powers as enshrined in our constitution. This is why we must once again, commend President Muhammadu Buhari, for refusing to interfere in the election of the National Assembly leadership even in the face of enormous pressures on him to do so. 'Face Of God' Appear In Marble Slab given to A Man By His Late Father

End of time is very near, A 55 years old Charlie Debb, shared these photos and claimed to have spotted the 'Face of God' on a slab of marble given to him by his late dad. He said the piece was given to him by his dad who discovered the rare find at his stone factory in 1970. 

He said after it was given to him, he put the slab in storage in a vault in Switzerland, and didn't think much of it until he went back there last year and saw that it was weighing heavier than previously and was shocked to see the face of God embedded into the rock. See Three Siblings That Were K!lled In A Fatal Crash

This three children, Harry, Millie and Daniel Neville-Lake, they are all under the ages of 10, they d!ed in hospital after a three-vehicle collision on Sunday near the intersection of Kirby Rd. & Kipling Ave, Vaughan, Canada.

Baby Donald was born two weeks early in Poole, Dorset, in July and his parents had no choice but to live out of their car after they were thrown out of their privately rented home.

The unnamed couple, in their late 30s, had been renting a room in Verwood, but say they were asked to leave by their landlady when Donald was born because she did not want a baby at the house.

Instead the couple spent Donald's first few nights in a bed and breakfast but were unable to pay for the room, so slept in their car.
