Khloe's lawyer, Laura Wasser, filed to have Khloe and Lamar's divorce filing withdrawn on Wednesday, ET can confirm. Court documents show that Lamar signed the new filing.

But when Lamar refused to respond to her initial paperwork, she was forced to seek a default judgment. Gov Ambode Donates N50m Each To Yobe, Borno & Adamawa Governments For Boko Haram Attack--

The Lagos State governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, has  handed over N50million cheques to the governors of Yobe, Adamawa and Borno state as part of the Lagos state government's support towards the rebuilding of their states after the various Boko Haram attacks.

OMG--Court Hive Man 125Years For K!lling 5 Relatives With Meat Cleaver, Including 4 Children..

Mindong Chen, 27 was sentenced to 125 years in prison on Tuesday October  20th after pleaded guilty to the October 2013 mu;rder of five relatives, including four children  Mindong Chen, 27  butchered his cousin’s wife, Qiao Zhen Li, 37 and her four children aged 9, 7, 5 and 18 months with a meat cleaver during a frenzied attack at their home.

A state Supreme Court judge in Brooklyn handed down the term to Chen on Tuesday, October 20. He was sentenced to three terms of 25 years to life for mur'der and two terms of 25 years to life for manslaughter.

The 27-year-old pleaded guilty earlier this month to mur'der and manslaughter charges. His attorney declined comment.

"This defendant’s vicious and sadistic attack makes him completely unfit to remain in society, and he will now spend the rest of his life behind bars," Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson said.

"While we will never know what drove him to commit these murd'ers, I hope that this sentence will offer this grieving family some measure of comfort."

Chen was found dripping in blood after slashing his victims’ throats. The massacre happened around 10:45 p.m. on 57th Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Police responded to the home after receiving a report that one person was stabbed inside. But when officers arrived, they found the victims unconscious with stab wounds to their upper bodies.

Chen had been fired from restaurant jobs and told investigators he envied the success of his relatives, who were fellow immigrants from China.

President Buhari today  appointed Mahmud Yakubu as the new chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC. Yakubu's appointment was approved during the council of state meeting which held at the state house today October 21st. 

Yakubu takes over from Amina Zakari who has been working as INEC Chairman in acting capacity since Attahiru Jega left office in June. She was appointed INEC commissioner for the North-East.
