Another Nigerian Student Has Been Arrested For Ki8ling 60-Yr-Old Woman With Plastic Bag in Italy
The 18-year-old Nigerian teenager was arrested in southern Italy on suspicion of mu8dering a 60-year-old Catherine Susca outside the coastal city of Bari.

Dr. Murray’s Defense Has Come Out To Tell The Public – Jackson Killed Himself
that Michael Jackson gave himself the fatal dose of Propofol. Multiple sources familiar with the strategy tell TMZ the defense argument goes like this:
At around 10:50 AM, Dr. Murray gave Jackson 25 mg of Propofol from a 20 ml bottle — that’s only about 1/8 of the bottle. - The dose Dr. Murray administered would keep someone asleep for only 5 to 10 minutes, but the Propofol, along with the Ativan and Versed that was already in MJ’s system, had a synergistic effect that put Jackson to sleep for a longer period of time.
For the next hour, Dr. Murray stayed in the room and was on the phone for much of the time. Dr. Murray didn’t leave the room to make the calls because MJ liked activity in the room, regularly sleeping with the lights on and cartoons blaring on the TV.
At around noon, Dr. Murray left the room for approximately two minutes to go to the bathroom. While he was gone, the defense believes Jackson suddenly awakened and was frustrated he had spent nearly 9 hours trying in vain to sleep.
The defense theory — Jackson took the 20 ml bottle of Propofol and self-injected the remaining contents through the IV, causing a massive overdose that stopped his heart. - Dr. Murray walked back in the room and saw Jackson with his eyes open and pupils dilated.
Dr. Murray dropped the phone (he was speaking with his girlfriend) and began administering CPR.
The defense will argue Michael Jackson was a long-time Propofol addict — something TMZ first reported shortly after the singer’s death.
As one source said, Jackson liked the sensation of Propofol being administered by IV, adding, “Michael liked to push it.”
L.A. County Coroner‘s investigators took a picture in the room, showing an empty Propofol bottle on the floor, underneath the nightstand by Jackson’s bed.
The defense will argue Jackson grabbed the bottle from the nightstand, injected himself and then dropped the bottle. Remember, law enforcement believes Dr. Murray hid bottles of Propofol before paramedics arrived.
The defense will argue … if Dr. Murray was really hiding Propofol, he would have removed the empty bottle under the nightstand that caused Jackson’s death.

Further stating that the president inherited his predecessor, president Obasanjo’s kitchen, and these kitchen staff were likely used to poison Nigeria’s president. The professor further revealed that when president Yar’Adua realized this he fired the Obasanjo kitchen staff.
He Said: “There are lots of problems in Nigeria.” The first problem, he said, is the President’s illness; “his food was poi3oned”, Damachi alleged. Asked whether he meant “food poi3oning” or that someone had deliberately poi3oned the President’s food, Damachi shrugged, replying “The President inherited Obasanjo’s kitchen staff”; Yar’Adua has now fired them all, and the kitchen has been cleaned out following the incident, Damachi said.At the same time, Damachi went on, the President did attend functions on both the Saturday and Sunday preceding his illness and ate some food at both of them. “What President eats at a function?”, Damachi asked rhetorically. The President was so sick that the day he signed the budget, he was unable to sign a second piece of legislation awaiting his approval…”
Late Yar’Adua Yar’Adua was known to have stepped hard on his predecessors toes. Upon entering office president Yar’Adua, described by his wife as a very honest man who left no wealth behind; seriously went after the reversal of Nigeria’s public assets that his predecessor had sold to his allies, Aliku Dangote and Femi Otedola.
“In the weeks leading up to Obasanjo’s departure, Dangote’s privately held company has also scooped up a cement plant, a telecoms licence and mining concessions in a rush of privatisations that has triggered accusations of cronyism by opposition parties.”
By July of 2007, barely 2 months into office, Yar’Adua had held meetings with Bureau for Public Enterprises (BPE), to querry the sale of Nigeria’s refineries to Obasanjo’s henchmen, Aliku Dangote and tycoon Otedola. BPE reportedly justified the sale to Bluestar, saying it was transparent, but the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) faulted it, and maintained that the corporation was capable of running them efficiently.
President Yar’Adua “after considering the facts presented to him, the President directed that the sale should be revoked as the exercise was not transparent enough. The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) praised President Yar’Adua for the revocation of the privatization of the refineries.” Dangote And former president Obasanjo Dangote And former president Obasanjo President Yar’Adua, determined to recover Nigeria’s infrastructure and assets coveted by Obasanjo and his cronies, moved on to other government assets.
Yar’Adua also suffered from chronic allergic disorder and this was easily attributed to be the direct cause of his death.

just for the upcoming concert that will see the likes of, WizKid,Akon, Sarkodie and more in Ghana, controversy sparks! In a recent video shoot for an up and coming Akon and WizKid video, some Ghanaian models and girl were called upon to participate by the directors a few days ahead of the shoot. Presumably prior to Akon and Wiz Kids arrival in Ghana. A model reported on the day of the shoot some girls were turned away as the agent (or the man responsible for calling them) informed them that “they now want half cast girls”. A term used to describe girls with mixed heritage, usually ones with white blood in them. “THEY”, most likely referring to WizKid, Akon and/or his music video producer, turning away a fleet of arrivals originally requested to attend by the model scout. In fact, the agent requested if the girls could help him seek light skinned girls because ‘THEY’ were so adamant on this request even on late notice. Nigeria, where WizKid is from, and Senegal where Akon is from, are countries both flooded with girls bleaching their skin simply because of such discrimination and being made to feel ugly if dark. Not just in media and modelling, but general favours in life. Iyayi’s family Demand N50bn Compensation From Government.
The kinsmen of Onojie Ugbegunland, hometown of former President of Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, Professor, Festus Iyayi, in Edo State, HRM, Samuel Obade I, and his people, demand N50 billion as the compensation to the family of the late professor by the Kogi State governor, Captain Idris Wada.
The community in a letter dated November 13, urged the Executive Secretary, National Human Rights Commission, Abuja, to carry out a thorough investigation of the car accident involving Iyayi and Wada's convoy for Nigerians to know the actual cause of Iyayi’s death.
Tragic death was avoidable
Yesterday, Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers, Nigeria Medical Association, NMA, Peoples Democratic Movement, PDM among others claimed that Iyayi's death was avoidable. Governor Wada's convoy was accused of recklessness on the road.
NMA calls for probe
Commenting on the death, NMA’s President, Osahon Enabulele, urged the Federal Government to do everything possible to stop deaths caused by the recklessness of executive convoys.
He also added,
"While we await the outcome of the official inquiry into the auto crash, we deeply condole with the entire Iyayi family, the President and members of ASUU and the Vice-Chancellor, University of Benin.’’

Court Jails Fake EFCC Operative
A Plateau State High Court on Thursday convicted and sentenced one Mohammed Umar, alias Terror, to 15 years in prison.
Justice Yakubu Gyang Dakwak convicted him after finding him guilty of the charge for offences bordering on conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence and impersonation.
According to a statement by the Head, Media and Publicity, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Wilson Uwujaren, Umar was arrested in October 2008 following intelligence report that he had been posing as an operative of the commission.
The statement read, “He was accused of extorting top government functionaries in Bauchi, Gombe and Sokoto States under the pretext that he had damning petitions against them.
“He cajoled several of them into wiring funds into his account with a promise to help stop any investigations into the petitions.”
Justice Dakwak said that the prosecution had proved the case against the accused beyond doubt and accordingly pronounced him guilty on all three counts.

Scores of bodies in Nigerian morgue after Islamist raid
Dozens of corpses in military uniform have been brought to a Nigerian morgue after Boko Haram fighters last week launched an attack targeting security forces in the Yobe state capital of Damaturu, AFP reported Monday, citing a hospital source.
"We have received lots of bodies in the last three days from the attacks. I counted 35 bodies in military uniform," a senior official at the Damaturu Specialist Hospital told AFP.
It was not immediately clear whether the bodies belonged to troops or insurgents since members of the Islamist group have repeatedly used military uniforms as a disguise when they attack.
Boko Haram fighters armed with guns and explosives stormed Damaturu after dark on Thursday, torching four buildings and sparking a fierce gun battle.
Yobe state military spokesman Lazarus Eli said no data was available on a death toll, but did not deny reports alleging dozens of troops died in the attack.
Troop fatalities in Islamist clashes are rarely disclosed and officials are under pressure not to reveal such information.
Nigeria's sweeping offensive against Boko Haram has entered its fifth month and the military has described the Islamist group as being in disarray and no longer capable of attacking major population centres.
But the success of the operation remains unclear and the attack in Damaturu, apparently carried out by a significant number of insurgents in a heavily fortified city, has cast further doubt on the effectiveness of the military offensive.
President Goodluck Jonathan had declared a state of emergency across the northeast in mid-May and vowed to permanently end the uprising. Jonathan must now decide whether to extend the emergency measures when the six-month mandate expires next month.
The conflict has killed thousands since 2009.
Boko Haram has attacked Christians, Muslims, students, politicians and a range of other groups seen as opposed to the creation of a state governed by strict Islamic law.

The lady ministered it to her in the name of Jesus Christ and 15 minutes later the first stage of labour took place as blood and water gushed out. She was taken to the hospital where she later delivered the baby safely without operation. She is now happy with her two months old baby girl, what a miracle!
