Special Adviser to President Buhari on Media and Publicity Femi Adesina, says with just three days to the end of September, that the ministerial list will be out not later than Wednesday Sept. 30th.
"September does not end until midnight of 30th and as long as we are within September, the president is still on course to fulfill his promise. The president's promise is that he will release the list in September and as long as we are still in September he is within course" he told Channels TV.
