A news research has been carry out, which say's Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women across the world, with approximately 1.7 million new cases diagnosed each year.

Despite significant progress in treating common forms of the disease, some aggressive types are poorly understood and incurable.

But now scientists have created mammary glands from donated cells to try to discover new and breakthrough cures.

These glands naturally form a network of milk ducts during puberty that change shape throughout a woman’s life so she can provide milk - but how they do this is not well understood.

Unlocking this secret could help experts come up with new way treatments because it’s usually mammary gland cells that malfunction by adopting regenerative capabilities that acquire aggressive traits.

A team at the Helmholtz Centre for Health and Environmental Research in Munich grew a new mammary gland network by taking mammary cells from donated human tissue, New Scientist reported.
