The former INEC boss Professor Jega who retired as INEC Chairman on June 30th has resumed as a lecturer at the department of Political Science, Bayero University of Kano on July 6th.
The former INEC Chairman Professor Jega once said that he would be returning to the classroom to teach once he retires as INEC chairman.
